This is it. The Top of the Mountain. First created in 1874, LOUIS XIII Cognac is an exquisite blend of up to 1,200 grapes eaux-de-vie sourced 100% from Grande Champagne and matured slowly inside oak casks. LOUIS XIII is a rare artifact that is the life achievement of generations of cellar masters.

Due to its especially high rye content, Bulleit Bourbon has a bold, spicy character with a finish that's distinctively clean and smooth. Medium amber in color, with gentle spiciness and sweet oak aromas. Mid-palate is smooth with tones of maple, oak, and nutmeg.

The mashbill for Woodford Reserve features a high percentage of rye: 72% corn, 18% rye and 10% malt. Unusual also for being triple distilled and having the lowest proof upon entering the barrel where it matures for at least six years. A must have Kentucky bourbon. Makes a wonderful Old-Fashioned cocktail!

A sweet blend of raisin, caramel, and orange coat the mouth with a soft but full amount of flavor. A little spice on the back end balances the initial sweetness. A floral hint is noticeable, but not so much so that it takes away from tasting like a true "bourbon."

Kentucky straight bourbon whiskey with notes of rye and spice, barley malt, butterscotch and vanilla. The finish is sweet with butterscotch flavors and dry oak spice. If this sounds like you're kind of bourbon, you're in for a treat.

On the nose, Crown Royal features light vanilla and caramel notes. There is no alcoholic burn as many whiskies have, instead, Crown Royal offers a gentle and elegant bouquet with undertones of pound cake and lemon zest. With a splash of cool water, chocolate and dark fruit notes begin to emerge.

Nose: A full and floral nose leads with the smooth sweetness of marmalade and fudge before a hint of Madeira and a little cut grass note emerge.

The Nose: medium-body with notes of barley sugar and aniseed, notes of cut grass and fennel, a hint of straw and a vegetal freshness.
The Palate: quite sweet and gentle. There are notes of winter spice and dark sugars, a touch of rum.
The Finish: medium-sweetness and of medium-length.
